When you create a creator or brand account, we collect information like your name, email, location, and social handles (for creators) or company details (for brands). When a collaboration is agreed, we also collect shipping address and contact details so product can be sent.
We use your information to run the approval process, match creators with relevant campaigns, generate collaboration agreements, and facilitate shipping between brands and creators. We also use it to communicate with you about your account and campaigns.
Your shipping address is only shared with a brand after you approve a collaboration agreement for their campaign. It is never shown publicly or to brands you haven't accepted a collaboration with.
To keep the marketplace curated, our team reviews creator and brand applications, which may include looking at public social profiles or business information you provide during sign-up. This is used solely to make an approval decision.
We use basic cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the site and product, such as which pages are viewed and which sign-up path is taken. This helps us improve the experience for both brands and creators.
We share the minimum information needed to run a collaboration: your name and shipping details with an accepted brand, or your campaign details with an applying creator. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We retain account and collaboration information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs.
You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time from your account, or by contacting us directly. You may also opt out of non-essential communications.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including restricting shipping and contact details to only the parties involved in an accepted collaboration.
ShipCollab is not directed at children, and accounts are limited to users who meet our minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify users through the platform before the changes take effect.
